American-Israeli composer Chayi Czernowin is one of the most renown artists in contemporary music. The inspiration for Infinite Now was the performance Front made in 2014 by Luk Perceval based on Erich Maria Remarque’s novel as well as the short story Homecoming by Can Xue. The first title tells about journalists closed in military trenches, the second about a modern woman on the verge of a precipice. Two ways of experiencing loneliness, fear and abandonment which make a moment turn into eternity.
